French brand Aroma-Zone has opened the doors of its first UK store at Westfield London, White City, heralding its entry into the British beauty and wellness market.  

UK shoppers will be able to get their hands on Aroma-Zone's signature range of clean, effective and eco-friendly skincare, haircare and wellness products.  

Customers can browse over 500 natural products, take part in beauty workshops and explore Aroma-Zone's Booster Bar at the 340m² flagship store. Organised with a clear colour-coded layout, the store helps visitors to navigate easily by area of care: Face, Hair, Body, Nutrition and Aromatherapy.  

A team of experts, including trained naturopaths and beauty experts, are on hand to offer advice, education and guidance. Customers can also refer to the informative displays highlighting the benefits of key plants and actives. A library area also provides curated resources. 

On the first floor of the store, the AZ Lab also invites customers to explore the benefits of natural ingredients and holistic care. Visitors can craft their own cosmetics, personalise formulas and attend expert-led workshops and events.   

Among the Face, Hair and Body categories, visitors can browse ready-to-use treatments, a range of accessories and the brand’s Booster Bars which showcase active ingredients.  

At the Nutrition section, visitors can find superfoods and supplements, organised by use, to support overall health, promote balance within the body, strengthen immunity and enhance both physical and mental performance.  

Meanwhile, the Aromatheraphy section is organised alphabetically, making it easy for customers to navigate the selection of essential oils. The oils are derived from aromatic plants and help to promote wellbeing, health and emotional balance through their olfactory and therapeutic properties. Fresh cosmetics, featuring hydrosols and aloe vera, are also available in a refrigerated area.  

Speaking on the opening of the store, Sabrina Herlory-Rouget, CEO of Aroma-Zone, says: “We received many requests, from French women living in London to English women visiting France, who would always stop by our stores, often to pick up our beloved Blue Bottle: the Hyaluronic Acid Serum. 

“What ultimately convinced us was Westfield’s offer to support our expansion into London,” comments Herlory-Rouget.  

The Aroma-Zone store is now open on the first floor of Westfield London, Ariel Way, Shepherd’s Bush, London W12 7GF.
